Rooms are priced per night, double occupancy and include a bountiful breakfast. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. A 6% hotel occupancy tax must be added.
Children of all ages are welcome
A two-night minimum is required for a weekend stay
Sunday-Thursday is available for a single night stay
Week long stays also available
Check-in is 3pm-6pm - Check out is 12pm
We prefer payment by check, credit cards are accepted
Smoking is not permitted on the grounds
Outdoor pets only/must be in kennel if inside the house
Horses are permitted (click here for liability agreement)
No hunting or fishing equipment will be available. Guests must bring their own or purchase from town

A deposit amount of one half of the stay is required to reserve a guesthouse. This is refundable up to a week before arrival, less a $45.00 cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded on the date of the cancellation by check or credit to your bank card. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, are non-refundable, but may be applied to a weekday stay within a 6 month period, less the $45.00 cancellation fee.
